Nasya :
Relieves strain on eyes, itching, burning, irritation of eyes. Useful in Headache Excessive watering of eyes Provides feeling of relaxation.



Netra Basti :
Reduces strain on eyes, Decreases headache, Reduces watering of eyes and redness Reduces abnormalities of eye sight Helps to alleviate dark circles and oedema Used as a preventive care in conjunctivitis Gives strength to the ocular muscles - useful in blepharospasm



Shirodhara :

  1. Prevents Headache due to exertion , stress
  2. Helps to improve vision
  3. highly effective in insomnia
  4. imparts deep relaxation by relieving mental stress and generates sound sleep
  5. Reduces hair fall, strengthens the hair, makes hair soft and bouncing



Diet changes :

  1. Cow’s ghee- 3 tspn /day
  2. Fresh fruits/ fruit juices
Herbal remedies :
  1. Yashtimadhu (Glycerrhiza glabra) powder- ½ tspn twice a day
  2. Triphala ghruta- ½ tspn twice a day
